Last weekend we worked with the wonderful Lauren from Housewise to bring a group of influencers an exclusive insight into our store. This event took a fresh perspective on our furniture.
The morning opened up with a look around our store at some of our buyers top picks…and some of our customer favourites. It was important to cover the products in both our Home Furnishing and Emporium buildings to showcase all the different styles and ranges we cover. The overall favourite from the day was the Savona Blush Pink Collection !

We believe the most exciting part of the event was the Rise and Shine Brunch provided by our wonderful and attentive catering staff. Each brunch stand had a variety of breakfast favourites from smoked salmon and scrambled egg to a miniature bacon sandwich. Made even more special in our Private Dining Room, giving a more personal and intimate feel to the event.
The event was made complete by serving the tasty brunch followed by an insightful talk by Lauren herself. This gave us all something to take from the day on how to increase follower engagement. It is important to understand different experiences in a rapidly changing industry to promote yourself in the best possible way.
As a finishing touch we created a very exciting goody bag as a thank you for coming into our store and sharing their time with us. It is important to make sure we look at all the small details which is what we aim for as a business, high quality customer service and product satisfaction.
With Laurens work these gift bags were well received with all the HU goodies and some special extras. We were kindly gifted some sustainable travel mugs and bamboo straws from Huski Homes and some tasty personalised cookies by The Funky Cookie Company, adding the finishing touch to the perfect brunch event.
